To get a team captin you must read this>>

Must exceed the duration and you are in the team for the month.
Must be well-liked in the community.
You must have many points beyond 1800.
You must be approved by members.
Must be to have improvement projects for the team.
Man must be attractive so that they are able to attract players to the team.
Must speak at least two languages.
Must be applied to all team rules.
You must be a member in the team.
